Refund Policy

Eligibility

All products delivered with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement depending on product availability

 

Validity

Our replacement / return policy is valid for 30 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for the same, your item must be unused and should be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as it was sent in earlier.

 

Process

Request you to raise a return request by sending an email at archanacreations@yahoo.co.in with all supporting details related to your nature of return along with your order number. We shall get back to you with in three working days on the status of your return and way forward

 

Shipping

In case your return request qualifies, we need you to return the product to below mentioned address:

We shall get the product picked up or you too can ship the product to the above mentioned address, shipping cost will be refunded based on nature of return and the same will be communicated to you accordingly before proceeding.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the same keep you informed on the status of refund.

If the return meets the above mentioned pre requisites, your refund will be processed, and credited back to your account from which the payment was earlier made for the same order within 14 days from date of receipt of return material.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund as per above agreed time lines request you to contact your credit card company in case you have paid via a credit card, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if there are any manufacturing defect or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please email us at archanacreations@yahoo.co.in with your requirement and we shall evaluate the conditions under which the exchange is requested and proceed further.
